1. How can I pay?

All payments are via PayPal, we find this to be the securest method of payment for our customers.



2. Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we deliver worldwide.



3. What sort of sizing do you use on your site?

Please refer to individual product for size chart and size information.



4. What is your returns policy?

You can return non sale items for a refund within 14 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on lingerie or swimwear for hygiene reasons. We do not accept returns on any custom made orders. Returnable item must be in there original condition with all tags and associated packaging intact. Please be careful when trying on garments, we cannot refund items that are marked with tans, makeup or cream. Smell of perfume/smoke etc or items where stitching/fabric damaged has occurred as all products are checked before dispatch from our warehouse. All postage cost are non-refundable we do not currently offer prepaid returns all returns are paid for by the buyer. We recommend sending your items back to us using a recorded service. Please note this does not affect you statutory rights.



5. How do I track my order? 

All tracking information will be attached to your receipt which is emailed to you on receipt of payment.



6. Can I buy a gift/E-card?  

We offer e-gift cards only



7. How long will it take till I receive my order take?

This varies on a few factors the main ones are 1 if the product is in stock and 2 what delivery option you select at the time you place your order.

8. Do you offer next day delivery?

Unfortunately we can not offer next day delivery on all our items. There are reasons for this which benefits all our cutomers as most our stock is made on order it saves on storage cost and expensive overheads which means we can give our customers the best competitive low prices.
Please contact us as most our top sellers are often in stock and are ready to dispatch same day.



9. Do I have to sign for my item(s)?

Yes all our deliveries are tracked and require a signature on arrival.
